This guide will highlight the main mission strategies and Gold Medal requirements needed to complete every main story mission.
After the cutscene at Floyd 's apartment, get into a 4-door vehicle and drive to the airstrip. When you arrive at the airstrip, get into the Cargobob and fly up and use the hook to latch onto the submersible.
From there, fly towards the waypoint at the Pacific Ocean. When you arrive at the waypoint, drop the submersible into the water and automatically switch to Trevor. Open your phone and use the Tracikfy app to begin locating the container. To achieve this requirement, Trevor needs to find the item in two minutes. To get to the container faster, move the submersible forward so that it gains speed. Avoid descending or ascending and just maneuver the sub like a helicopter while keeping an eye on the red dot on the Trackify app.
Once the container is located, hover above it to attach it to the submersible and then ascend to surface level and to automatically switch to Michael. Fly above the submersible and latch onto it and then fly towards the airstrip. Midway thru the flight, a few Merryweather guys will show up to intercept your heist. Switch to Franklin and start shooting them all down. To achieve this requirement, Franklin must shoot ALL of the pursuers. Once Franklin has disposed of the last helicopter, switch to Michael and fly back to the airstrip.
Drop the submersible at the waypoint and then land the Cargobob to complete the mission! Last Edited: 2 Jan pm. Was this guide helpful?

Can someone lay out the total in-game currency cost to buy everything needed to complete the Doomsday Heist and challenges for Elitist and Masterminds?
I'm curious how much I'll need to grind before I should try to join boosting sessions for the Doomsday Heist. I saw GTAV is selling something called the Criminal Enterprise Starter Pack, and I'm wondering if it would be worth purchasing depending on what is actually needed to complete the heist.

How much money should each crew member actually receive from a GTA:Online heist finale? Hopefully this guide will show you just how much a fair amount is for each heist and give a little guidance on how to split each heist differently.

Closing Summary. For each job there is a host and crew cut displayed which add up to give the host and crew members the same or as close as it can be monetary gain from the course of the entire heist.GTA Online has become more outlandish over the years, and the newest Doomsday Heist only adds to the absurdity.
Through this free update, you get to fly jet packs, drive submersible cars, and kill kill clone armies. The basic setup for The Doomsday Heist is that Lester and you are working to save the world from total destruction. Surprisingly, all three of the available missions are narrative-focused, with each one moving the larger story forward.
All told, it took me about nine hours to play through the new additions. Before you can begin doing these new missions, you need to purchase a facility.
The cheapest facility will still set you back over a million dollars, which can take a few hours of grinding old heists or missions to earn. These new heists, which involve jet packs and Mt. Chiliad mysteries, cost five times as much as much. People are coming back—except the GTA they know has changed.
While players can rely on invites from others who can afford the new content, my friends who play GTA Online keep venting about how expensive the facility is and how they would rather spend their limited funds on fun toys and vehicles. Instead, the heist structure is used to create multi-step missions, all building towards a big finale mission. Each act contains setup missions, which were found in the old heists, and prep missions, which are new. Setup missions in The Doomsday Heist are more elaborate and exciting than most previous setup missions.
At one point, my crew was ambushed by invisible super robots and had to fight them off using infrared goggles. Another time, we drove hovering cars that look like The Delorean from Back to The Future, and used them to trek across across water and land—all while blowing up armored trucks, of course.
Prep missions, on the other hand, are where The Doomsday Heist slows down and starts to kill the fun. These new prep missions take place in the open world, with other players in the lobby able to screw with you and your teammates.
Most of these missions are simple, like requiring you to drive to a spot and steal something to bring back to your facility. Worse, these missions are filled with long drives that became infuriating as other players attacked us and forced us to restart everything. Once players have done all the setup and prep, they gain access to a lengthy and action-packed finale mission. One of my favorites is the final mission where players get to escape a secret military facility inside Mt.
Chiliad via jetpacks. The jetpacks feel like small and dangerous helicopters. They pack rocket launchers and are tricky to control. This is especially true after enjoying the GTA San Andreas jetpack, which was faster, cooler, and could be unlocked with a cheat code.
As I finished heists, my underground facility filled up with souvenirs and plaques from each heist—a nice touch. The facility feels so empty at the start and these trinkets helped make the place feel interesting.
The Doomsday Heists offer some much needed new co-op content that are not only fun, they also provide great new ways to make more in-game money. Subscribe To Our Newsletter. In terms of overall structure, they are similar to the heists found in the single-player game, in that they involve a series of setup missions that culminate in a high-profit crime.
However, unlike GTA Vheists are set up by one of the players taking part dubbed the Heist Leader ; this player has to pay a sum of money up-front to finance the job, but can also dictate how the final profits will be split among the participants.
Players must be rank 12 or above to set up a heist, and must own a high-end apartment with a heist planning room. The player must then meet with Lester at his garment factory. This will launch the tutorial heist The Fleeca Job. For the purpose of the tutorial, Lester covers the front money cost and acts as Heist Leader. Following this, the player has the option of setting up heists themselves, becoming a Heist Leader.
Each heist must be unlocked in order and requires an increasing amount of front money to set up. A proportion of this front money goes towards paying crew members for taking part in the setup missions, although the Heist Leader does not receive any of this money and can profit only from successfully completing the main heist mission itself.
The Heist Leader must have the requisite team to carry out the missions, typically consisting of 4 players with the exception of The Fleeca Job, which requires a crew of just 2 players and also The Doomsday Heist, where a majority of missions can be completed with playersand the Heist Leader will not be able to launch these missions with fewer than the the number of players required. Some missions have all of the players involved working together as one unit, some require players to take on specific tasks like hacking or crowd control, while others require players to split into smaller teams to complete separate objectives concurrently.
There are six heists in GTA Onlineeach with its own series of setup missions. Unlike regular contact missions, payouts from heists both setup missions and the heists themselves are paid directly into the player's bank account, not their pocket as cash.
Note that The Pacific Standard Job and the Diamond Casino Heist are the only heists during which money can be lost by taking damage, causing the actual take to be less than the stated potential take. In all other heists, players cannot lose money and will receive the full potential take upon completion plus any additional bonuses. Along with each heist reward, the player can earn additional cash depending on how they completed the heist.
The possible bonus rewards are:. Each online heist finale has also a set of bonus objectives called Elite Challenges requiring the players to either complete the heist finale in a limited amount of time or perform certain tasks during the mission. Using Trip Skip or quick restart in any heist will forfeit the elite bonuses. The heists added are doomsday-themed heists and can be played with between 2 and 4 players. Each method will be explained using custom screenshots, gifs, and brief text descriptions. Below you will find some general tips for the Doomsday heists, then each set up and heist in order. While the Doomsday Heists are tougher than the classic heists, and often rely on brute force rather than tactics, there are still plenty of tips and tricks to keep you a step ahead and help rake in the significant profit to be had.
Each of these strategies are based on two players, with instructions for third and fourth players when needed. If there are no third or fourth players mentioned work in teams of two. Tips for the criminal mastermind can be found at the bottom of the set up, under "Mastermind tip".
As always, please feel free to post any questions, comments or suggestions, and enjoy! These heists are tougher, and as the heavy vests no longer do anything, they are geared more towards higher level players, level 60 for normal and level for hard. Each setup requires a small mission to be done before hand, called a Prep.
Deaths on preps do not affect the cm challenge and their order does not affect the all in order challenge. These must also be done in a public but not necessarily populated session. You will find some tips about preps at the start of each section. As before, completing all heists in order, on hard, without dying, with the same team will get you a bonus, but this time it's much more risk, for much less of a reward. Only consider a cm run if you are a top level player with access to the bunker upgrades.
Remember that time you had full health and armour and yet you were taken out in half a blink of an eye, it's a bug. Connection issues can causes npc's to fire more bullets than they ought to be able to do, resulting in your instant death. On an everyday heist it's a minor annoyance, but on a cm run it's devastating. The only real solution is to stay in cover as much as possible. An armoured vehicle is a must, so invest in a kuruma asap. Certain weaponized vehicles can also be used so a fully armoured Custom Insurgent Pick Up will serve you well.
If you own a Vigilante Batmobile it too can be useful, but don't buy it for the heists specifically. The Mk2 weapons will also help, the mk2 combat mg, the heavy sniper with a thermal scope, the mk2 pump shotgun with explosive shells, the mk2 heavy revolver with incendiary rounds, the mk2 marksman rifle without a zoom scope, as well as the classic assault shotgun and rpg will all help if you don't have rpgs then the explosive shotguns will help. Make sure everyone refills their snacks and armour wherever possible.
The easiest way to do this is for the host to invite players to their facility not the setup, so that they can get snacks from the facility assistant too.
